Oamaru residents who want to send their best wishes to New Zealand’s Commonwealth Games team will have an opportunity on Tuesday.

The Cadbury Billboards To Bags campaign will be in town from 3pm to 7pm at New World Oamaru on July 27, offering people a chance to write messages of support to the team on giant billboards.

Once the billboards have toured the country, they will be recycled into satchels.

Those unable to make it to the billboard will still have an opportunity to leave a message on a ‘virtual billboard’ being hosted at www.cadburygames.co.nz from August 2
